Just a reminder that Captain’s Practice is two parts:
The first hour is Body Blast Sports Performance Strength and Conditioning. There is a $15 fee for this hour. Gaetano, aka, “G” is our trainer. Come well hydrated, bring water, wear workout gear and sneakers. The second hour is “Captain’s Practice”. This hour will focus on skills, drills, and competitive play. This hour is no charge as it is lead by the Varsity Captains. Bring cleats, a ball, shin guards and water.

July 13, 16, 20, 23, 30 5:30-7:30 @ Wakeman B and July 27, 5:15-6:30 @ Staples Turf Field, and the second hour, 6:35-7:30, @ Wakeman B
August 3, 10, 17 (Tuesdays) @ Staples Turf 5:15-6:30 and the second hour, 6:35-7:30 on Wakeman B
August 6, 13, 20 (Fridays) @ Wakeman B, 5:30-7:30
